Organizational Systems Strengthening is one of our key thematic areas focused on building the internal capacity, structures, and operational systems necessary to deliver high-quality programs and ensure long-term sustainability.

Through this thematic area, we work to strengthen institutional effectiveness, promote accountability, and enhance leadership capacity within REWO and partner community-based organizations.

Developing and improving operational policies, procedures, and institutional frameworks that guide effective service delivery.

Providing training for staff, volunteers, and community leaders in project management, safeguarding, financial accountability, monitoring and evaluation, and resource mobilization.

Financial and Administrative Strengthening
Enhancing financial management systems, internal controls, compliance mechanisms, and transparent resource management.

Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL)
Improving systems for data collection, impact measurement, learning, reporting, and evidence-based decision-making.

Maize cob used by the STEM Club of Yangani to make briquettes as a way of advancing climate‑smart practices, environmental conservation, and access to clean and sustainable energy solutions.
