The Executive Director provides strategic leadership, organizational oversight, and representation of REWO at national and international levels. This role ensures that REWO’s vision, mission, and values guide all programs, partnerships, and institutional growth.

Finance & Administration Officer

Finance professional with a BBA in Accounting. Responsible for financial planning, Reporting, compliance and resources management. Focused on accuracy, transparency, and strengthening Financial System to support organisational goals.

Program Manager

Bashir Ahmed

The Program Manager leads the design, implementation, and quality assurance of all programmatic interventions. This role ensures programs are community‑responsive, evidence‑based, and aligned with REWO’s strategic objectives.

M&E Officer

Guzu Mercy

Holder of Bachelors in Social Work and Social Administration and a Postgraduate Diploma in M&E. Am motivated to work in a Humanitarian space because I want to ensure programs not only meet targets but also improve lives. Iam driven by the responsibility to turn community feedback into evidence which helps to fix gaps, stay accountable and ultimately keeps the role feel worthwhile.
